What if my order is late?

A notification will be send in time to notify you of any changes with your order. At the moment we apply a delivery time of 2 days.

What If I’m Not There When My Delivery Driver Arrives?

If there is a possibility to leave the order at a neighbours house it will be delivered there. Otherwise your order will be taken back and we will get in contact with you. If we cannot reach you the same day, your products will be send to the food banks, this to eliminate food waste as much as possible.
